Sunday Schedule

Convinced that both children and adults come to faith by the hearing of the Word, we encourage parents to have their children worship with them during a portion of the morning service so that our families may rejoice in God together and so that our children may learn to profit from the Word preached.

Nursery – Birth-three years
Our nursery workers are anxious to hold, love, and play with your babies or toddlers. We use the Children Desiring God, “A Sure Foundation” nursery curriculum to emphasize the attributes of God through simplified Bible stories. A “Cry Room/ Parent-Child Training Room” in the back of the Sanctuary with a crib, rocking chair, and changing area is also available, if you prefer.

Pre-School/Kindergarten – 9:30 a.m.
Our morning includes singing, Bible story time, crafts, puppets, and a character-building story, all designed to reinforce Scriptural principles.

Sunday School – 9:30 a.m.
For children in grades 1-6. Children begin by worshiping in song with their parents in the Sanctuary. At the offertory, they are dismissed to their classrooms downstairs.
Our 1st-6th grades are on a trek through the Bible using the Generations of Grace unified curriculum. The attributes of God, Christ and the Cross, and the application of the Scriptures to their daily lives are emphasized throughout. By a “unified” curriculum, we mean that children in 1st-6th grades study the same passage in their respective classes each Sunday so that families can reinforce what has been taught.

Children’s Music Class
Every six weeks our Music Team takes over the Sunday School hour and leads our 1st-6th graders in worship through music. This hour together includes singing the great hymns and songs of our faith, as well as learning about the Scriptures and stories behind them, and learning Scriptures through new songs. Games and an occasional craft that relates to the hymns are also part of our morning.

Children’s Fellowship Hour – 11:30 a.m.
K-6th graders meet together in the Primary Room to discuss and practice the application of the Biblical principles they are learning. At present this class is studying The Lord’s Prayer, the model our Savior used to teach his disciples–and us–how to fellowship with God in prayer.

AWANA Club – 5:00-6:30 p.m.
AWANA is an international Bible-centered, youth-oriented weeklly club program. It uses Bible memory, biblical lessons, awards, exciting games, activities, music, fellowship and much, much more to mold young people’s values and build their characted to help them become the men and women God wants them to be.
